Started on February 15, 1935, this badge
was given for passing a series of tests & excersies

The Award had 3 classes:
* Bronze = for men under 35
    who passed the tests for 12 months
* Silver = for men 35-40 who passed
    the tests for 12 months or
    for men under 35 who passed
    the tests annually for 5 years
* GILT = for men over 40 who
    passed the tests for 12 months

This badge was worn on the
left breast pocket.
